The training course Autobiographical Stories for Fostering Youth’s Employability aims to contribute, at the level of partners’ countries, to increasing the employability of young people through non-formal educational methods based on autobiographical stories.
Participants will be 27 youth workers, having some experience in organising and developing training sessions for young persons – as one of the follow-up activity is to organize a training session about using autobiographical methods in youth work of their organisation, after their return. They should be active members/volunteers/ collaborators, those “resource persons” who have a good influence on different youth groups partner organisations are working with. Besides the interest for the topic of the training (autobiographical methods, digital storytelling, non-formal education in general) participants should have in common good communication skills, team-working abilities, open mind and tolerance, availability to work in an international and multicultural environment and to accept diversity.
